Mindset & Mindfulness classes
Our Mindset and Mindfulness classes are a fun and engaging way for children to learn easy ways to strengthen their ability to pay attention, to calm down when they are upset and to make better decisions. In short, to help with emotional regulation and cognitive focus.
It's like giving your child a Swiss army knife for their mind. Lots of different tools for different situations.
