How to start a gratitude practice with your child.
Here's a simple way to introduce and encourage a gratitude practice that helps your child think about what went well or made them happy in the day.
No matter how bad my day has been I bring a little hope and joy into it by making a practice of focusing on something that has gone well or brought me a sense of satisfaction or pleasure.
It doesn't make the bad things go away but it does help me to keep more of a perspective.
It can really help when all you can think is 'What's the point' or 'Everyone hates me'
